INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY LETTER
As a modern, forward-looking business, ViatPro recognizes at senior levels the need to ensure that its business operates smoothly and without interruption for the benefit of its customers, shareholders, and other stakeholders. In accordance with our mission, vision, and values it is our commitment to our clients to satisfy their requirements with our Products with a competent and committed personnel.
In order to provide such a level of continuous operation, ViatPro has implemented an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with the International Standard for Information Security, ISO/IEC 27001. This standard defines the requirements for an ISMS based on internationally recognized best practice. The operation of the ISMS has many benefits for the business, including:

A risk management approach and process will be used which is in line with the requirements and recommendations of ISO/IEC 27001. Risk management will take place at several levels within the ISMS, including:
- Assessment of risks to the achievement of our information security objectives.
- Regular information security risk assessments within specific operational areas.
- Assessment of risk as part of the business change management process.
We would encourage all employees, collaborators, and other stakeholders in our business to ensure that they play their part in delivering our information security objectives. The guidelines related to Information Security are:

- To protect and maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability of Client’s and ViatPro’s information assets.
- Nurture a security conscious culture in ViatPro by keeping a useful and updated Information Security Management System.
This policy applies to all systems, people and processes that constitute the organization’s information systems, including board members, directors, collaborators, employees, suppliers and other third parties who have access to ViatPro’s systems.
